I call them to change my address and my new job position,they charge me £50 to do the change!!
Plus,they told me that it was free to cancel my policy at any time,and no it's true,at the real time they told me "when I told you that?"
So,make sure you have everything write in Gmail no by phone.

no good resolution of my claims,
